1. UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED - Bookings must be made for a MINIMUM of 3 NIGHTS
(Price quoted is for 1 NIGHTS BOOKING)

TAXES AND SURCHARGES

8.375% sales tax
5% Hotel tax
3$ Room/Occupancy Tax, per room, per night
1.50$ NYC fee, per room, per night
$30 surcharge fee for each additional guest over three people in all apartments
$40 surcharge fee for each additional guest over three people in all apartments between Dec 27th 2008 and Jan 3rd 2009

SPECIAL RATES INFORMATION

3. SPECIAL RATES apply at the following times:
Marathon Weekend (10/30-11/2/08)
Thanksgiving (11/27-11/30/08)
Christmas weekends (Each weekend, from NOVEMBER 30th onwards through DECEMBER)
The MINIMUM STAY for these Holiday periods is for 3 nights, between Thursday and Sunday
(For booking of over 3 nights, regular rates will apply)
